Advertised a Galaxy A20e and sent a different phone. Promised to send the right one but did not, then he claimed to have sent it again… he had not… They asked ME to cancel the order and return the phone and order it again… same phone… (advertised as A20e) but in the meantime he put price up by £20. Extraordinary little fellow. Phone sent won't support W/F calling & too big. LBA sent I use small claims not eBay because they can award costs and damages.

This Trader asked me to retract the fair and accurate Feedback. In their request they described me as a "retarded human", Odd chap, that could be seen as 'hate speach' . The feedback is fair and accurate, if it was not eBay would remove it. I am suing them in the county court to recover the additional cost they casued to me replacing the itme they misrepresented.

Better main camera than Galaxy S5, a nice phone, not disappointed after my lovely S5
The S10 main camera is much better than that of S5, especially for video. Well, and I did think S5 camera was pretty good. The other cameras are not up to much in low light. The pro mode cannot use the long lense. Brilliant easy-to-use foto editing facilities, amazing for straightening out photos of paintings from museums and levelling the sea. It still has a headphone socket! The battery is not too bad (of course, unlike with S5, you cannot change the battery, so with S10 you need to carry a battery bank). Not possible to set a quietish early alarm 3 minutes before the noisy alarm (so as not to wake up everyone else in the house) - S5 had it. I think it was stupid of Samsung to get rid of it - it would have cost nothing to have this function. The ringtones offered by Samsung are ... With Virgin SIM from the UK, the S5 phones no longer work for roaming in the EU but the S10 does. Is it time to upgrade from S5? For me, it certainly was. But if you are not into fotos and don't use Virgin to roam, probably not essential.

S10 still good
I needed to buy a new phone, and went for something other than a Samsung. The difference is amazing so needed a Samsung again. I can only liken it to a BMW and a Fiesta. They are both cars, but are different in how they perform. Having had an S range Samsung before, this is what I wanted again. I found an S10, brand new a with security tag still on for £200. Its a good, fast, stable and able phone, without paying for one of the latest S23s. Worth considering. I needed to buy a new phone, and went for something other than a Samsung.
