I had to order this collar as the previous one I ordered and cancelled within minutes of ordering had already been posted by the seller? Surprise surprise this one took 8 days to arrive and despite seller apologising for not seeing cancellation on previous order I had to pay the return postage. Seller puts a sale before his customers, won't be buying anything else from them. What's the point of having facility to contact seller if they ignore your messages.

As explained you ordered the collar on Good Friday 29th March over the 4 Day Bank Holiday Weekend. We shipped the order on Tuesday 2nd April which was the 1st day Royal Mail collected post after the Easter Weekend. This was a day before the ship by date of the 3rd April which the buyer would have been aware of. Royal Mail delivered the order on Friday 5th April. We did offer the buyer assistance with the return postage cost only to be told where to stick it.
