No communication at all. Ordered something that was meant to deliver on the 5th. The 5th rolls around and tracking shows the item never shipped. I message for an update and it takes almost another work-week for any kind of response. Again, no message, just issued a refund. Only reason I judge this as a 3 star transaction is due to not fighting the refund. It would have been nice to recieve a message explaining that was the direction they were going though.
