Simply not a good seller. I sent messages after message after my item I purchased had not arrived week after week. The seller ignored everyone of my messages. EBAY rules state it's the sellers responsibility to assist with postal issues so that the buyer gets the product they received. Finally I had to take time out of my busy day to contact the post office to get my shipment a month later. Will never order from the seller again especially after reading his other reviews.

Item was held up with USPS it was out of my control. All we had to do was wait and the customer received their hat.
