Received but not happy the one in the photo on line is a square box 📦 the one I received is smaller and the box is long rather then square 😡and I purchased two.

Our detailed Description on this Listing clearly states that the white gift box is a Ballotin Style Gift Box and also given the measurements as 23cm x 12cm x 10cm. Never has the box been square or have we indicated that it is. Should it have been square, all measurements would be equal ! However, We have contacted the buyer as she is not happy and offered to accept a return and full refund.
