Terms and conditions of the sale

Shipping and estimated delivery and dispatch times

Processing time is based on the individual item, the amount of personalisation required and the time it takes for a customer to give confirmation on any previews to send/post.

I offer free postage and Packaging for all UK customers with a processing/dispatch time of 1-7 days plus 2-5 days for delivery (second class Royal Mail large letter/small parcel). I always aim to send a preview within 1-3 working days but this can increase to 7 days during busy times e.g. the run up to Christmas, Mother s day and Father s day.

If your order does not arrive within 10 days after dispatch please get in touch. If the item has gone missing then a replacement will be sent out.

If a customer would like to pay extra for faster delivery then the following options are available.

- 1st class Royal Mail (1-2 working days) at an additional charge of £1.

- Royal Mail 24 hour tracked service ( aims to deliver in 24 - 48 hours ) at an additional charge of £3.30p.

- Royal Mail next working day delivery before 1pm at an additional charge of £6.95p.

I only post physical items within the united Kingdom. If you live in the EU or overseas then only a digital JPEG may be sent.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. Proof of posting is required and can be aquired from a post office for free.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs if they have changed their minds. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

All items are personalised items that are made to order. No item is sent out without confirmation from a customer that the details are correct and they are happy. If once receiving an item a customer notices a mistake then a replacement print will be sent out at a charge of £2.49. If the item is a digital JPEG then the £2.49 charge still applies. No refund can be given in this instance. If a mistake is made by peacefulheartstudio e.g. the wrong item is sent, then a replacement will be sent free of charge. If the item is defective or damaged on arrival then a replacement will be sent free of charge but i would require photos of the damaged item so i can claim back from Royal Mail.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
