Buyer claiming product is fake despite the proof of the purchase from a reliable source. Buyer has been offered a refund when the item is returned, which she has refused and threatened to charge back via her bank instead. Buyer seems to be keen to keep the item and also get a full refund.
Ebay is involved to sort the issue out.
