Item marked as dispatched but never arrived was contacted by seller and told the shipper had lost the parcel they didn’t offer me a replacement just refunded me my money sounds odd to me like they had listed the item too cheap and rather than sell it to me at the lower price made up that it had been lost in the post otherwise why wouldn’t they send me a replacement product definitely won’t buy here again

Will not buy from this seller again. Item took way to long to arrive. Well over 2 weeks. Was only packed in a thin bubble wrapped envelope. When I tried getting a refund seller offered me a £2 refund which was an insult. Really unhappy with the seller. Communication isn't the best either.
