My apologies to Seller 7drgn93. The auction description stated "no returns" so I assumed I was S.O.L. and left negative feedback. I should have written to 7drgn93 to let them know that I received a used item and asked for a refund. I didn't do that, and that was my bad. 7drgn93, on the other hand, refunded my full payment after reading the negative feedback I left them. They took the high ground and I can only hope this follow up comment will help to clear the slate and reassure future buyers.
