This cookbook is very well done, great pictures of the dishes. The information about using your pressure cooker is comprehensive and helpful. I found her recipe and she used the old fashioned stove top pressure cooker which I am so afraid of. I revised it for the instant pot and it came out fantastic. I did question myself, and had to re-read but I am to thrilled with this purchase. Even my husband loved the dish I made today. The instant pot arrived on time, un-damaged and no dent or scratches.
