I was thrilled to receive this item as a “brand new with tags.” My disappointment lies in the lack of cleanliness. This item was soiled and had a strong odor (possibly of mold?). Luckily a good laundering brought it back to life. Please don’t send disgustingly dirty items to buyers! To be totally transparent, I private messaged this seller 2 days ago hoping to receive an apology, or at least an acknowledgment to do better in the future. No response.
