As a new business we are sorry to receive this feedback. When you 1st contacted us on the 09/01/24 (after hours) we replied within 30 mins confirming that it was no problem to return the item and we would take it up with the Brand that make these DryRobes. The item was sent to us on the 19/01/24, and arrived on the 22/01/24 after the weekend. The item was then processed and refunded on the 22/01/24 via Shopify our e-commerce platform. eBay confirms payment sent. Sorry for any hassle here.
