Purchased the V6 Animal on Black Friday as a refurbished model after reading many wonderful reviews, but nothing could prepare me for the shock of what was delivered (2 days earlier than anticipated!) I swear, that this is not refurbished or reconditioned, it must be brand new as there is not a mark or speck of dust to be seen,the box is sealed and all warranty documents included. I may be showing my age, but I was super excited to use it and waited till midnight for it be fully charged so I could have a quick whizz round. I was surprised at just how much dirt and debris a speedy tour of the floor could pick up. It's easy to use, not to heavy a d picks up great. I would highly recommend to anyone unsure of whether to buy a Dyson reconditioned from this store. Poor at everything really. Looks nice though.
Battery lasted 6minutes (and 35 seconds to be precise) on the low power mode. Not long enough to clean upstairs of a 3-bed semi. Uncomfortable to hold, and horrible to empty - you need to get your fingers into the dust and dirt to pull it out. It has the capacity of about a mug full of dirt, any fibres get wrapped around the centre piece. Suction not as good as my Miele bagged vacuum. So, uncomfortable to use, poor battery life, small capacity and not great suction. When I placed my order just before Christmas I saw the delivery date was around a week. I received it the very NEXT day! Fantastic service!! I just couldn't understand when unpacking it why it was in completely brand new packaging, box, cellophane the works. When I opened it I was even more delighted. The hoover looks brand new, not a mark or scratch as I was expecting. And oh my, it hoovers like a DREAM!! I felt like an excited kid at Christmas getting a brand new toy and couldn't stop smiling and telling everyone about it!! The listing states that it's refurbished but I cant see how! My Cadburys purple Dyson cordless.

For many many years, I have struggled with vaccuming dog hair up, every single day. I have owned Big fluffy dogs all my life. I have owned just about every vaccum on the market. I saw the Dyson cordless advertised, and did not think it could handle anything like my problem. But because of the ease of use, due to no cords, and the Dyson reputation, I chanced on the Dyson V6...... WOW It is so easy to use, and has so much power. It is not good on bin size, I need to empty it every few minutes, which is a pain, but the performance makes up for that. Gonna save for the V11 animal next !!!
