    The original and best.

    Nicer texture than rock salt for some applications, particularly foccacia. As it doesn't contain any additives, like most other types of salt, you need less for flavour. This size is good value. Best of all, it's British!

    Expensive salt

    This is the finest salt available. It has a subtle salty taste without being harsh. Use for all cooking purposes especially on steaks and in porridge. Flaky, can be ground, keeps well. Only downside, far, far too expensive compared with all other salts.

    This is excellent value wouldn’t be without this size now as I use Maldons daily. This is so much better than buying those smaller sizes in the supermarket and the container is so handy and useful once the contents are used
