Pillow was average , but not firm as described , my wife bought the medium rating 28 spring version of this and they were much firmer , I did ask the question why this is the case and can't seem to get an answer why , so now had to have 2 pillows made and sent from Italy from a company called Soff-Art ,Morpheus spring pillows , yes they cost 3 times as much as these with the delivery costs etc but they are so worth it , other pillow is going in the dogs bed now
