This seller did not try and contact me after requesting a photo which I sent immediately.I was not rude I simply requested a return not unreasonable considering the item I received was not a JML product.On the packaging it was sent in there was Chinese lettering.As previously stated eBay refunded me not seller

Hi, you didnt give us a chance to reply your messages. You straigh away contacted with ebay which is okay but you dont even know if we were gonna do a refund or not because you didnt even wait for it. Everybody can be busy, i was trying to contact with my collague when you have sent the photo to us. Instead of communicate, you preferred to report us which is still ok but reviewing like this, is not fair.
