The item received was exactly as listed. Although I haven't yet switched over to using it, preliminary examination found no problems and it looks brand new. Used a different carrier but the 2nd piece came broken in transit. Seller felt it wasn't worth it to try sending again so I didn't end up getting 2 pieces, but I was given a refund. Overall positive experience and seller was responsive.
