A genuine product at a fair price, the only issue I have is with the delivery company EVRI. The expected delivery date was 04/12/2023 05/12/2023,The product actually arrived on 06/12/2023. The product was delivered whilst I was at work and instead of being posted (it would easily fit in the letter box as I tried it). A small grey plastic bag had just been left on my dustbin. There was no card posted to tell me it had been delivered and luckily I notice the bag. Delivery company absolute rubbish.

    Decorative functional fireplace

    Nice brushed finish to the metal. Very effective flames from the low energy LED lights. Built in fan heater gives good output with 2 heat levels. Shallow depth of unit makes it easy to locate where space is limited. Good design with white coal effect rocks. Feels warm with just the flame effect running.
