I told them & the gentleman said that the rolls I had ordered were currently out of stock & a manufacturing run was not scheduled for another week. He mentioned an alternative roll (smaller cardboard tube) & went on to say that they should work too, & he could get them to me immediately. Any problems with the size then he would exchange them. THEY FIT PERFECTLY! Thank you, guys!
