    Dictionary of Marks

    I often buy pottery, ceramics and porcelain but at times I know nothing about the marks on the back or what they stand for. I bought this book just for that purpose. It is a great reference tool. It is in alphabetical order therefore easy to use. In the back are quick references to shapes, stars, sheilds, arrows etc. I use this book often!

    Kovels'Dictionary Of Marks by Ralph & Terry Kovel'1995.

    Bought this books because of the affordable price on ebay. There is not much I dislike about it, for except I wish it contains more detail info and dates. This book is very helpful for collector who are doing research on Porcelain & Pottery Marks. I also like the way the marks are organized, so helpful when looking thru for a specific mark. Magdalena
