Seller dispatched the item 1 day before it was due to arrive, resulting in it being 5 days late. On opening the box which was sealed by a strip of sellotape, not the proper lego seal, I found the instructions manual in one solid lump due to water damage and completely unusable. It was obvious the box had suffered water damage and was not just "creased" and had been opened.. ! was offered a full refund if I sent photos first and then returned the item. Who is paying for postage?

Disgusted at this dishonest feedback. The item was taken to the parcel shop within 3 days which is my postage time. You messaged me, I asked for pics. I said I didn’t know how the damage would have happened to the instructions as the box was sealed when it left me. You THEN made up a story about it being open. I offered you a refund in my 2nd message but asked for pics. You apparently couldn’t do that but threatened me with “grim feedback”. We never spoke about postage. I think you’re a chancer

I DID NOT say the box was open. I said it had been opened as the original lego seal was not there and had been sealed with a piece of sellotape. As for being a chancer I think you use this description on yourself as you obviously knew the contents were damaged.

    Great if you like following instructions

    Part of the Lego Architecture series, this kit provides clear instructions for building the Eiffel Tower, with a booklet of information about its construction also. Would probably suit children age 10+. Unlike other lego sets, I'm not sure there's much else that could be built with the kit, but then again, I don't have as much imagination as my children! That's the only reason I gave it 4 rather than 5 stars.
