Dress was not-as described in my opinion ribbons were missing and smaller than should have been for monsoon Although refund was given when I questioned this the amount of emails sent was ridiculous and unnecessary I sent dress back at my cost as it was questioned I would give to charity which I found distressing as I buy from charity sites in order to help them ! Very unpleasant experience with this seller.

This Buyer complained saying how this Dress was not from Monsoon which 100% is! She kept complaining so I sent a full refund to save the arguments and to send dress back to me. I gave full refund but she failed to return dress which I then had to chase up. I phoned Ebay to help with this matter and gave her options to send item back and to send Proof of postage. she said she gave it to charity so I asked which one and she did not want to tell me. then said she didn't take it to charity.
