Simply awful experience, waited for over 2 weeks for my item, when it finally arrived to say I was shocked is an understatement, it was simply awful, poor quality materials even poorer workmanship, it looked awful, it supposed to be a wool coat, the label inside says leather jacket, one can only assume they ran out of the proper labels, honestly it looks like it's been made in someone's bedroom, I will not be purchasing from them again. I am still waiting for a response as to my refund.
