Item was at USPS on Monday this week. First of all, the Priority Mail Box was covered in black plastic to avoid priority costs. The Post Master caught this and charged me $31.05 to collect the nut tree. I wrote the seller, but have had not response. Now, all the leaves on the tree are brittle and dead. I would like to return for full credit, but can not get to the return portion since delivery was not recorded outside of the tracking number because they collected separately for the priorbox

We use the shipping service 4-6 days delivery and this is a new tool for ebay sellers that is little cheaper for only one day of difference of delivery and about the credit that is bad practices of your local usps that don't know very well how things work like you say we don't use priority services so they Can't NOT charge you for something that we don't use but we always make it right so refund is done and thanks for shopping

My grafted Alfonso mango tree arrived packaged well & promptly. Seller is very communicative! The plant looks healthy. The leaves & graft look green & healthy. The root ball also looks alive & healthy. The tree traveled for 7 days & arrived looking vibrant green. I forgot to get pictures of the root ball before I planted it. Seller has online directions for planting & care. I'm keeping it under a grow light indoors as it is cold here now. I hope this tree grows well!
