Really impressed by Mark's exceptional return service at a fraction of the cost of a new pump. He was very knowledgeable and free with advice. The car has been to the garage for a misfire and has had ignition coils and timing chain replaced but the problem persisted. Google searches suggested the HPFP may be the next thing to try and the car is now running beautifully.

Fantastic. Cannot recommend this service enough. Mini R56 with HPFP issues (P0087), sent HPFP on Thursday, refurbished, posted & now fitted at 10am on Saturday. Issues have been resolved and the car is driving great.

HPFP sent to seller for refurbishment, to come back with more faults present including the original fault. Seller was contacted from the beginning and continuously, since taken to main dealer who have put a new HPFP on and the car is having no problems. Contact seller to ask for a refund to be told as to terms and conditions I should have contacted and returned for examination. I did contact only to be given useless advice and not told to return for inspection. Wasted £160 DO NOT USE!!!!

Buyer had a number of unrelated codes, I suggested he address those codes, His customer lost confordence in buyer and I'm took told the car away, Ive asked him to return pump for testing but he said he cant as the customer has it. My terms are clear that if there are concerns with the pump to return for testing. Not only has the customer lost confidence in the buyer but he has now projected his short falls onto me, very sad day reasonable behaviour, you should be ashamed of your self.
