Vest looked like it is brand new...perfect condition and as described. Well worth the price. Arrived on time. Package arrived with a big rip but no damage to vest. Maybe shipper was too rough since the seller did a good job of packaging it. The vest and the ebay tissue paper that it was wrapped in have an extremely strong smell, like scented fabric softner or Febreeze. I'm trying to get the smell out of the vest before it goes to grandson.
