Item was posted in a thin plastic bag, although the bag was intact the item was minus a box, instructions & charging cable. The screen & casing were badly scratched too. It took 4 pictures & around 12 messages before I got my money refunded. At first they offered me £1... then £4.... then £6.50. Then said if I give them a 5* review first they would refund all of my money. That's Blackmail,I think. Of course I refused. Then they refunded all of my money.
