The facility was the largest of its kind in the world, and it was said that its forces could bend space-time itself. Scifi artist Simon Stlenhags paintings of Swedish 1980s suburbia, populated by fantastic machines and strange beasts, have won global acclaim. Now, you can step into the amazing world of the Loop. In this roleplaying game in the vein of E.T. and Stranger Things, you'll play teenagers solving mysteries connected to the Loop. The game rules are based on Mutant: Year Zero, which was awarded with a Silver ENnie for Best Rules at Gencon 2015. Made in the UK.

    Role playing in the 80s

    If you like sci-fi, like the 80s, like robots and dinosaurs, like to role play, then Tales from the Loop will bring out your inner child and you will enjoy this setting immensely. It’s a good read and it has a lot of fantastic art from Simon Stalenhag to set the tone and provide inspiration.

    80’s fun with focus on story

    So far, I’ve only read the book half through, but boy - oh, boy... I can’t wait to run mysteries on the two groups I have waiting. The artwork is amazing, of course - but so is the system. The system is light weight - but tight where it matters. Don’t pass this up.

    The going back to ones childhood, and being able to re-live it, it’s one of the best investments I have ever made in RPGs... the players are hooked in their past... and I live to tell the tale of how they solve their mysteries... fully adaptable to their home town... thanks for this wonderful product well packed with love.
