Item was shipped in a soft plastic envelope that was too small for the item so the seller wrapped tape around the outside of the envelope. When my item arrived it was totally bent and two or three spots that can't be straightened out. Bad customer service from the beginning. Next use the correct size container and maybe line it with cardboard on both sides.
