I made a mistake with accepting an offer that I didn't realise would mean that I couldn't use a promo code. Messaged Books Au and they cancelled the order and even sent me another promo code. They saved me over $20 when they had no obligation to. I would recommend them to anyone after this experience.
The item was in great condition, exactly as described. I also appreciated them using a more eco friendly ruffled paper wrap to protect the book instead of bubble wrap.
