About this product

Product Information

Eccentric inventor Wallace has created a device that transports him out of his bed, dresses him, and prepares his breakfast. One morning, however, his machine plops him in the "wrong trousers," a pair of mechanized pants, which take him on a wild ride. Meanwhile, the domestic bliss of Wallace and his faithful dog, Gromit, is shattered when a mysterious penguin leases a room in their home. Is the penguin that Wallace has taken into their household a criminal mastermind or is Gromit just jealous of the attention Wallace has been lavishing on their new boarder? The answer is revealed in a thrilling climax that raises the bar for action in the medium of stop-motion animation.

    Early Wallace & Gromit with the penguin!

    You have to watch all of the earlier Wallace and Gromit shows to understand the later ones as the later ones always reference the earlier. The Wrong Trousers episode features the crafty thief Penguin who attempts to undermine Wallace and Gromit's loyalty to one another. Wallace attempts to short cut his dog walking duties (not that Gromit needs it) by inventing a walking pair of trousers which the new roommate uses to walk into a jewelry store and walk off with a valuable gem. The claymation is beautifully, painstakingly done and the episode is well written. See every episode so you are inside every joke.

    Great Clay Animation Movie

    This movie is a great clay animated one. In this movie a penguin and a pair of trousers get Wallace in trouble. Can he keep himself from being accused of robbery?

    Penguin Gone Bad

    this is my favorite Wallace & Gromit film. The train scene just cracks me up. Plus the penguin gone bad, with the facial expressions of Gromit made it worth the purchase.
