After much messaging over 2 months, the parcel was not delivered and returned to the seller by Royal Mail. The seller says they did not receive it back and so refuse to provide a refund, advising me to take it up with royal mail. I am highly disappointed and will not be doing business with this seller again. Whilst I appreciate the issue, it is not my problem and I am out of pocket.
