Item arrived two weeks after paid for. I paid .99 for item and $4.47 shipping. Post man said $5.20 shipping was owed for item or he couldn’t deliver. I paid the $5.20 and contacted seller. I was told that they wouldn’t have shipped the item if they hadn’t paid for the shipping. Told seller I would chalk it up as a $5 learning experience and never buy from someone charging shipping again.
