    Does the job

    Fairly lightweight making it easy to carry about. Ideal for using with lawnmower, power tools, etc. Construction might not stand up to everyday use on a construction site but is just right for my household & diy jobs. Winding handle & cable guide both work well. Good features are 4 sockets, the trip switch & power indicator; yellow cable is also great for visibility.

    It stops if you pull the cable

    The diameter of the cable extension is smaller than I was expecting. The only fault it has is the 3-pin socket springs are very weak. Be aware, the slightest pull on your power tool cable and your plug pulls out enough to stop your power tool working. It took a couple of minutes to find the problem the first time.

    It's a Cable Reel

    Only issue with this is that what is intended as the base is not fit for purpose. The centre of gravity is such that the slightest tug on the cable and the reel falls over. Needs a wider 'footprint' to fulfill this function. Otherwise construction and materials are good quality
