Poor quality item, returned as requested for a refund but seller is refusing refund and saying parts are missing and the item was damaged. He is now requesting a 5* review to refund against eBay policy. Avoid this seller at all costs as he got aggressive in messages and finding any excuse not to refund. Hope this honest review helps anyone considering buying from this seller. Lost my money but hopefully you will not as you read this review and buy from an alternative seller. Pic of return item.

We strive to provide excellent service. We offered a partial refund when you said the item didn't meet your requirements but you wanted more. We provided a pre-paid return label. Upon return, the item was used, parts missing, screen cracked. We communicated transparently with you to verify the 85% refund, but despite our willingness to resolve the matter within eBay's policies, you chose to make threats and leave unfair feedback to get a full refund. Your feedback misrepresents the situation.
