The clock arrived damaged even though it seemed as though a full roll of bubble wrap was used to pack it. Also, it wasn't as described. The 8 day movement was replaced with a battery movement. Quick emails to resolve the issue, and a satisfactory refund gave a positive feedback for this seller.

I have received the dolls. As a tip, use bubble wrap, or packing paper. Sissi's plastic arrived crushed and broken. He placed the other doll on top without protection and crushed Sissi.Good communication and kindness. It's a shame about the breakage. Thank you!
