customer called in the middle of the night, asking how to fit the bonnet protector. Provided Customer Service video, however, he said he didn't have a screwdriver and wanted me to provide him with his screwdriver. Ask him to send back for a full refund however, he ignored me. Our Customer Service line Is open from 9 am to 6 am, and we respond to all queries within 3 to 4 hours
