    PAYMENTS
    You re welcome to pay for your order via any of the methods displayed on the eBay website. Please make sure you select the correct delivery address on eBay when you place your order as it s not possible to change this after you have paid.
     
    COLLECTION IN PERSON
    If you want to collect your order please choose collection in person as the delivery method when you go through checkout. You can either choose payment on collection as the payment method, or bring the eBay QR code with you when you collect your order. For security reasons you must sign for your order on collection, and we do not allow collection via third party couriers. Collection appointments are available Monday, Friday and Saturday from 10am to 5pm.
     
    FURNITURE DELIVERIES
     
    All of our furniture deliveries are done by either our own delivery team or trusted third party furniture couriers to ensure your furniture arrives with you safely. Furniture deliveries can take between one and four weeks depending on your location. Typical delivery times are given inside the item description, and are usually a lot shorter than eBay s estimated delivery date.
     
    If you need assistance in working out whether your furniture will fit, please get in touch and we will be more than happy to help you.
     
    It is your responsibility as the buyer to ensure that your order can be delivered safely. This includes making sure that the item will fit through doorways, hallways etc, and that there is clear safe access for the couriers into the property on the delivery day.
     
    Standard delivery is to your room of choice on the ground floor. There is a surcharge of £45 per floor for deliveries to upper floors unless there is a lift large enough to accommodate your furniture. This includes deliveries where the external entrance is not on the ground floor.
     
    Please inform us before delivery if there are any obstacles that could make your delivery difficult, for example stairs, narrow hallways, gates, ginnels, parking difficulties etc. This will help the couriers to keep things on schedule and allow extra time where needed.
     
    For security reasons the couriers will only deliver to the address provided on your eBay order, and a responsible adult must be present to sign for your order when it is delivered.
     
    PARCEL DELIVERIES
     
    Most of our parcel deliveries are done via Royal Mail, Parcelforce or another reliable courier company, but for larger, bulky items we may send them with one of our furniture couriers instead.
     
    30 DAY RETURNS POLICY
    If you change your mind about your purchase, you have up to 30 days from the day on which your order is delivered to return it to us for a refund.
    Please contact us directly to arrange a return.
    The buyer is responsible for the cost of return delivery which is £1.80 per mile for furniture, calculated by road distance from the delivery address to our showroom in Chorley. There is a minimum charge of £60 for return delivery.
    All returns must be sent back in the same condition as you received them. Lighting products or other items requiring assembly must be returned unassembled and undamaged, in the original packaging. Packaging for sofas can be provided on collection if required.
    Once we receive the returned item we will inspect it and a issue a refund subject to the inspection.
    Our returns policy is offered in addition to eBay Buyer Protection and UK law.
