The item was on time.I charged up the device, I inserted a Sky Mobile sim which was working in my old Nokia 3.1. I followed the instruction book and used the information on the white label on the back of the device My computers and moble could see the device but not get an internet connection. I put the sim card back in my Nokia phone and it worked pefectly as a hot spot so the prablem was not the sim. I came to the conclusion that the device was faulty and returned it for a refund.
