Took 9 days to arrive from purchase. Wasn’t posted for days and had no communication. Was charged £5 for postage but the postage paid was £3.69. I wouldn’t have minded if the extra was spent on packaging but it sent in an old box, badly taped shut. I would have expected Royal Mail 48 for £5 as that also costs £3.69.
