hi thank you for you feedback , bu the part was in fully working condition after you returned and you was fully refunded we sent this turbocharger for inspection and is benn sent back with a working certificate and is been sold to another costumer who is using the car perfectly , your feed back is not just affect our score but it cost us another £150 , so thank you for your service
