Natural remedy that makes stiff joints more flexible.
After taking this product for nearly 4 months it has made a considerable improvement to my hands which were previously seizing up in my finger and thumb joints and as I am a guitar player this was causing a fair bit of distress. My hip has been an ongoing problem for much longer and so has shown less of an improvement but is definitely better than it was. Hasn’t worked for me
Having read the positive results for this product on the NHS Patient access newsletter, I decided to give it a go to see if it might help my neck, shoulder and hip pain. I was hopeful, but sadly it hasn’t helped me at all. I feel like someone on the hunt for the holy grail. My husband is trying it for his knees and it doesn’t seem to be helping him either. One comment I would make is about the large number of capsules you have to take. 6 capsules a day for 3 weeks and 4 capsules a day thereafter. I have seen higher concentrated rose hip concentrate where you only have to take 1 capsule per day. Certainly seems to help with some issues
Used it first to see if it eased spine and neck pains but little if any benefit. My wifrvtried it and did get benefit from arthritic pain in her hips and hands. It also helps dull the pain in my shoulder (bursitis, I think)

Easy to take and well worth trying.
I've been using GoPo for the last three years to help with my knees.Before using them I could hardly walk without pain. After trying them they eased the pain enough to get on with life. Make sure you follow instructions and give them time to work. [ A couple of months for me the two a day in mornings ]
