Tag is now engrave and fastening is like a rubberband and sent seperately. Unlike previous ones purchased on Ebay, the tag was attached, and a clear silver tone. Price is also highter but instead of for 2, this is only for one. That's fine but the quality went down as well. Rubberband attachment has to be stretched over collar to secure. Should I need another engraved cat collar, I would keep looking.
