      Fabulous optics without breaking the bank.

      I bought this lens after reading reviews which indicated that it was better than the similarly-priced Sigma, and considerably less expensive than Canon's own brand. It hasn't disappointed. I haven't used it a great deal as yet, but I have been on one extended photoshoot to give it a good workout and have managed to get some stunning pictures - or at least I think so! Having only had it for four days I managed to drop it out of my pocket onto flagstones. It bounced well, but hasn't been damaged by the experience, which says something about the robust construction. I just LOVE this lens.

      Took the camera and lens to a recent family get together managed to get all the family 14 in to out picture in a smallish back garden very pleased with the results. thank you.

      Tamron's 10-24mm wide angle lens offers great value for money

      My first choice the canon 10mm-20mm lens was too expensive for a lens that I might not have a lot of use for.I opted for this Tamron lens with specification similar and at this moment I am very happy with the results.The level of distortion is quite acceptable and the darkening towards the corners is hardely detectable. The auto zoom works perfectly.
