The flag will most likely be in a envelope, there's no way that is an accurate shipping rate for USPS. Sellers response was when purchased I was given an automated expected delivery. Promised to ship when they returned home and that if I wasn't happy whenever I do get it I could return it. All kinds of excuses but over 2 weeks and I still don't have the paid for item.
