    A window back to a bygone age

    It's fascinating to listen to these bygone performers, but such a shame that the recordings (in many cases) are quite poor and hard to hear with clarity. I try to imagine how richer a record of their talents would be, if the performances had been able to be recorded using modern equipment and techniques.

    Music Hall Classics

    The generic questions asked if I would recommend it and find it of good value and quality. I marked yes, but there was no question about to whom those answers might be important. If you like British music hall music music and would rather have vintage recordings than modern recreations, and can find a cheap copy in good condition, then look for it.
