Seller said he would deliver on Sunday and failed to do so, item was fully paid for so asked for a refund after he said he was not willing to deliver. Attitude was quite poor and he needs a lesson in customer service. I’ve asked for a refund and to cancel the purchase as he said he doesn’t know when he can deliver next. My advise is don’t buy from this seller

Karen said if i changed from collection, to delivery she would pay"right away" I agreed to deliver 244kg of goods on a 320 mile round trip in my own vehicle,telling her that i would need money before delivery, she paid 5 days later, the day before proposed delivery, money hadnt cleared in time. I proposed another delivery date after her money would have cleared, she didnt want to know, and asked for a refund. I gave her refund immediately.Then she leaves negative feedback, peppered with lies.
