Arrived with sprinkler missing from spout, informed seller & asked for the missing item to be sent. They offered 30% refund instead. I replied, as insert wasn't that easy to find/buy on it's own would prefer the item,they offered 50% discount Could see I wasn't going to get the missing piece so accepted the 50%. That was 23.04.24 still nothing & no further response. Definately would not recommend this product from this seller. Will amend this review if goods/refund as described are received.

Colour was not the same as the picture - it was far darker. I have the same bottle and as the picture I have attached, it does not match as product image suggests.
The sleeves are also too big for the 32oz Owala bottles so are completely useless. Seller offered 30% refund, then 50% refund and eventually agreed to full refund.
Cannot in any way recommend this product.
