Then it went missing for several days. Now they say they’re trying to deliver it after 5.30 pm when my shop is closed. Yodel are incompetent at best. Sellers communication not great, blamed me for not changing delivery options. I changed it to today and they try to deliver after 5.30! I get lots of deliveries as I have 2 shops, never a problem with any other courier.Follow-up from: 7***m- Feedback followed up on by buyer.- Feedback followed up on by buyer.The seller has now resolved the issue and it was the courier at fault. I am happy now it has been resolved, it is YODEL at fault, not seller
