Great vitamins
These are very good vitamin tablets. You will not see a difference overnight but I have been using them now for few months and there is a definite improvement especially on my nails. The other thing is my blood is better. I am a blood donor and usually I can only give blood once a year but since taking these tablets my blood is better and I can now give more often. My last donation was only 3 months after the one before. Before taking these tablets I would not have been allowed to donate so soon. Would recommend these vitamins. I will keep taking them now as I see they are making a difference.These are very good vitamin tablets.
